100 and counting

One month of listening in this new year and I have heard more than 100 different Dutch pirate stations operating on MW. The scene is showing no signs of slowing down, with activity at all times of the day and night and, having spoken to a few people on this subject, a possibly conservative estimate suggests there are around 300 pirates currently operating on the band from the Netherlands.

It's been a while since I compiled an annual list of stations heard, but you can see that information here at Ontvangstrapporten Middengolf Piraten.
